2. Free Shipping Eligibility

🇷🇴 Romania & 🇭🇺 Hungary

All orders qualify for free shipping, regardless of value.

🌍 International Orders

  • Free shipping is available for qualifying international orders.
  • The free shipping threshold varies by country and is automatically calculated at checkout.
  • Order value is calculated after discounts/coupons and before taxes.

  • If payment fails or errors occur, your order may be canceled and refunded.
  • All card transactions are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store card data.

6. International Shipping Information

We currently ship to: Hungary, Bulgaria, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Italy, Austria, Germany, France, Greece, Moldova, Czech Republic, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Sweden.

International delivery typically takes 1 to 7 business days, depending on destination.

Hikari is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by the destination country.

7. Delays, Substitutions & Cancellations

  • If an item is unavailable after ordering, we may offer a similar product or provide a full refund.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing or inventory errors. You will be notified by email or phone.

8. Invoices & Documentation

  • A digital invoice will be emailed to you after your order is shipped.
