We are GLOWORA STORE SRL ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a company registered in Romania at str. GEN GHEORGHE MAGHERU, ORADEA, BIHOR 410035.

We operate the website https://hikariknife.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (collectively, the "Services").

These Terms of Use ("Terms") define the conditions for using the services provided by HIKARI Knife cutlery ("our company") through this website. All users ("you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Legal Terms are a binding agreement. By accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these terms.

Knife Safety and Legal Use Disclaimer

By purchasing from us, you agree to hold GLOWORA STORE SRL, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse or unsafe handling of our products.

6. Purchases and Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account details for all transactions. You must keep your information updated so we can process transactions and contact you as needed.

Sales tax will be added as required. We may change product pricing at any time. All transactions are processed in RON.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for applicable amounts. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after payment has been requested or received.

We may refuse or limit any order placed through the Services. These limits may apply to orders under the same account, payment method, or shipping address. We also reserve the right to block orders we suspect are placed by resellers or distributors.

These Terms are governed by Romanian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you reside in the EU, you retain any mandatory legal protections from your home country. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Bihor, Oradea, Romania.

Improper, negligent, or unlawful use of our kitchen knives, including but not limited to self-harm, harm to others, or use as weapons. Our products are intended solely for food preparation, and all responsibility for safe handling lies with the user.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our total liability, regardless of the cause, will not exceed $100 USD. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these exclusions may not apply to you.

This limitation expressly includes any injuries or damages caused by misuse of our products, including use as weapons or failure to handle them safely.

22. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us (and our affiliates, agents, and staff) from any claims or damages resulting from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to take over the defense of any claim at your expense and you agree to cooperate with us in the defense.

We maintain data related to your use of the Services for performance and management purposes. Although we perform backups, you are solely responsible for your data. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of data and you waive any claims against us for such incidents.

Login using your credentials will be treated as activity by you.
We are not liable for unauthorized access unless due to our gross negligence.

Registration is completed upon our approval. We may reject applications for reasons such as false information or past violations. We are not required to disclose the reason for rejection.
